Who can become a mentor?
The ideal mentor is someone who has been a founder or a co-founder of a start up/organization, or with at least 5+ years of experience in their industry. But we know great mentors come from many different backgrounds, so if you're interested please apply!

How big is the commitment?
You will be working very closely with these entrepreneurs from underserved communities, and helping them build and scale their businesses. Based on our experience, this would require a minimum of 60 minutes bi-weekly.
